Please note: McIlvaine Law Group does not accept criminal cases in the Superior Court of Glynn County, the State Court of Glynn County, or the Brunswick Municipal Court, and does not accept any case, civil or criminal, in the Magistrate Court of Glynn County or the Juvenile Court of Glynn County. The firm does handle post-conviction work in criminal cases from the Superior Court and State Court of Glynn County, including motions for new trial and appeals. If your case is pending in one of those courts, the firm can refer you to other experienced defense counsel.
