Old School Representation
At McIlvaine Law Group, we are unwavering in our commitment to standing by your side through legal challenges. Your voice matters, and we ensure that it is heard. The firm is founded on principles of integrity, transparency, and achieving positive outcomes.
This is not a high-volume practice. We are highly selective in the representations that we undertake and limit our caseload so that Wrix McIlvaine can take the time to understand your concerns and tailor his approach to meet your specific needs.
Legal matters can often feel overwhelming, but at McIlvaine Law Group, our expert guidance makes the process more manageable. We offer clear, practical advice across a broad spectrum of legal issues. Whether you require assistance with contracts, disputes, or compliance matters, our team is here to provide comprehensive support.
Wrix McIlvaine has a broad network of professionals and regularly makes referrals to other lawyers should he not deem a representation to be an appropriate fit for our practice. Likewise, some individuals are just seeking important insight into an area of the law or a particular situation that has fallen upon them or is expected to arise in the future and want to have a better understanding of the legal ramifications. In those cases, a consultation may be all that is necessary and no further representation is required.
If you are interested in seeking a consultation with Wrix McIlvaine and McIlvaine Law Group we regularly schedule consultations with potential new clients. Potential Clients are provided a detailed form to outline their legal concerns and provide information about their particular situation. Wrix McIlvaine will review this form and prepare for the meeting and will provide a true consultation for up to one hour. Because of this, we do not offer free consultations but will consult with you on your important legal concerns for a $1,000.00 non-refundable consultation fee which must be paid in advance of the meeting. This ensures neither the perspective client nor Wrix McIlvaine's time is wasted.
If after consultation, you and Wrix McIlvaine decide that representation by McIlvaine Law Group is appropriate for your situation we will credit the consultation fee towards any retainer fee.
